Loved everything second of my visit! The pool is fantastic, the house is wonderful, and the beachfront access is amazing!

Beautiful, well-kept house with easy beach access! I didn’t even have to bother with shoes during our stay since the back deck leads straight out to the sand and ocean. Plus, as someone who tends to forget what the place they’re staying in looks like, that was never a concern while staying here: it’s an absolutely gorgeous standout, and you can spot its distinct white and blue, fairy-tale-like appearance from a mile away. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, beach getaway!

It was a great location. Love the pool area, especially at night time. Being able to see the beach from
the house was amazing.

We just stayed here for our combined bachelor/Bachelorette party and the rental was the perfect spot! There was so much room for all of the guests, and you could tell the hosts know what they’re doing when it comes to entertaining a group. Also, the entire facility was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beach access was amazing and the pool was so much fun and able to fit all of us. Our favorite part might have been the super cool pizza oven and grills we used for every meal. We are already looking to book another weekend!

Absolutely a great place to stay with your family and friends. Staff was wonderful and very pleasant. They really welcomed us and make us feel at home. We definitely will be back.

This property is exactly as you see in the photos and given the odd (and chilly) time to visit Florida we had the entire space to ourselves. We had to request for the pool heater to be turned on but otherwise wonderful. The bed was super comfy and the space was brand new construction. The studio rental was perfect for our needs and the staff was easy to communicate with as needed. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location. You can’t ask for a better place to stay in NSB. Everything was super clean and new. Felt like a modern tropical paradise. 10/10 would recommend.

Location is amazing, 2 minute walk to the beach. Entire property is very clean and well outfitted, it has everything we needed. Very clean and well maintained. Check-in, check-out is super easy and is only a couple blocks away. I look forward to staying here again in the future, highly recommend!

This trip was sort of last minute and we were willing to settle for anything close to the beach. Then we found this jewel. “Wow” was the word of the day. Ryan met us when we arrived late and gave us a walk through, answered any questions, and made sure we were good to go. He really set the tone for what was a much needed few days in paradise. Everything is as advertised and beyond. This is not your usual condo at the beach, this is something special! Go see.

Ryan was an exceptional host for our week stay at Joy Beach Front home…my children met the lovely owners and one brother responsible for construction…A great place to stay and an amazing experience from booking to departure…our time was not without a few bumps but staff was awesome in addressing them…we will definitely bring our family back again!
